Training takes place every Tuesday at 7:30pm, available for all Modbury High School and Fast Cats riders/members.
Our training manager, John Sollis has developed a fitness and endurance program to help prepare for both sprint races and endurance races. John also makes training fun. Of course, we do also encourage all riders to perform fitness training on an individual basis and to maintain fitness.
If numbers are sufficient, John is happy to continue with training sessions throughout the summer season.
